My yarn came stiff and waxy. I can’t even use it. My crochet hook can’t make stitches with it.
Customer service is having me pay for the return label. I am so disappointed.

I am very happy with my experience with Little Loopy yarn. I was surprised that chenille bright yarn has changed, I haven't used it yet, so I can't comment on if I like it better or if I like the older style better.
