Standard Ground Shipping – Canada

Free shipping on all Canadian orders over $200.

For orders under $200, the following rates apply:

West (BC, AB, SK): $9

Central (MB, ON, QC): $12

East (NB, NS, PEI, NL): $15

Special Item Shipping

Bernat Extra Thick Yarn: $15 flat rate

United States Shipping

Live carrier rates are calculated at checkout. All duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer at checkout.

Order Cancellation Policy

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unexpected carrier shipping costs, delivery area restrictions, or inventory discrepancies. Should an issue arise with your order, we will notify you right away to discuss options. If an alternative cannot be arranged, your order will be canceled and refunded to your original payment method.


Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Little Loopy Yarn Co. We want you to love your crafting supplies! Please review our policy below regarding returns, eligibility, and damaged items.

1. Eligible Items & Return Window

  • Regular-Priced Yarn: Eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.

  • Condition Requirements: Items must be unused, untangled, and in their original packaging with all original skein labels intact.

  • Non-Refundable Condition: Refunds will not be issued for partially used yarn, or items bearing pet hair, smoke, or other odors.

2. Final Sale Items

The following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:

  • Clearance and sale items

  • Handmade goods (including plushies, toques, and ear warmers)

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery by emailing hello@littleloopyyarnco.ca.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all associated return shipping costs.

  • Original Shipping Fees: Initial shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Unauthorized Returns: Items returned without prior authorization or items received in unacceptable condition will not be refunded. They can be shipped back to you at your expense.

4. Processing & Refunds

Once your return is received at our shop, please allow 5–7 business days for inspection and processing. If approved, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method.

5. Damaged and Defective Items

  • Defective Items: If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect such as severe core breakage or unraveled pile, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@littleloopyyarnco.ca with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos.

  • Factory Batch & Dye-Lot Variations: Mass-produced synthetic yarns undergo unique chemical dyeing and heat-finishing runs. As a result, natural variations in dye-lot color, fiber firmness, or texture across separate production runs are characteristics of textile manufacturing and are not considered product defects.

  • Tactile Preference: Items that do not suit your personal softness or texture preference are welcome to be returned under our standard 7-day return policy at the customer’s expense.
